In this article, we will delve into the world of metalworking and explore the many benefits of using metal in a variety of applications. Why Choose Metal for Plaque Mounting?

Aluminum Clad Panels

There are many reasons why metal is an excellent choice for a wide range of applications. First and foremost, metal is incredibly durable and long-lasting. Unlike other materials that may break down or wear out over time, metal can withstand heavy use and extreme weather conditions without deteriorating.

Another key advantage of using metal is its versatility. Metal can be shaped and formed in countless ways, making it an ideal material for a wide range of applications. Whether you need a strong and sturdy frame for a building or a delicate and intricate piece of jewelry, metal can be molded to fit your exact specifications.
Selecting the Right Type of Metal
When it comes to selecting the right type of metal for your project, there are several factors to consider. The first is the specific application for which the metal will be used. For example, if you are building a bridge, you will likely need a metal that is extremely strong and durable, such as steel. On the other hand, if you are creating a piece of jewelry, you may opt for a more malleable metal like gold or silver.
Another important consideration is the environment in which the metal will be used. If the metal will be exposed to moisture or corrosive substances, you will need to select a metal that is resistant to rust and corrosion. Stainless steel, for example, is an excellent choice for applications where rust and corrosion are a concern.

Industry Trends

The metalworking industry is constantly evolving, with new techniques and technologies emerging all the time. One of the latest trends in the industry is the use of additive manufacturing, or 3D printing, to create complex metal parts with incredible precision. This technology has revolutionized the way metal parts are produced, making it possible to create intricate designs and shapes that would be impossible to achieve using traditional manufacturing methods.
Another trend in the industry is the growing demand for sustainable and environmentally friendly metal products. Many metalworking companies are now using recycled metal in their products, reducing waste and conserving natural resources.

Final Thoughts about using Metal with Plaque Mounting

In conclusion, metal is an incredibly versatile and durable material that can be used in a wide range of applications. When selecting the right type of metal for your project, it is important to consider the specific application as well as the environment in which the metal will be used. By staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry, we can continue to provide our customers with the highest quality metal products and services.

Our canvas mounting service gives you a finished product ready to hang. Stretched canvas prints are available in two depths – ¾” for classic stretched canvas prints and 1 ½” for gallery stretched canvas prints, using wood canvas stretcher bars.

We can print directly to canvas from your digital file or we can transfer your poster onto canvas. We offer canvas mounting with your image stretched the way you like it. For digital prints, printing costs are separate from stretching costs.
For customers that want to stretch their own work, the rolled canvas is also an option. Canvases provided by the customer must have an additional 4″ of raw canvas on each side for stretching.
