THIS APPLIES TO ONLINE RETURNS, IN-GALLERY PURCHASES AND OUR GENERAL REFUND POLICY

General Policy

To initiate a return for an online or phone purchase, please contact Creations Gallery at 1-905-648-6199 or email [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Refunds are issued for the artwork’s price, excluding customized framing and shipping fees. Original shipping, handling, and restocking charges paid by Creations Gallery, including those for free shipping offers, are non-refundable and deducted from the refund amount. Note that we do not provide pre-paid shipping materials for returns nor cover return shipping fees. Return shipping costs are not covered unless predetermined in writing before the return is underway.

Return Process

After your return request is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return label. Return the artwork and its frame (if applicable) in their original condition and packaging within 5 business days of receiving the return label. Failure to comply may result in a refusal of the refund or credit. Upon receipt, the Gallery will inspect the artwork, restock it (a $150 restocking fee applies), and process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to be processed by your financial institution.

Conditions for Returns

  1. Request a return within 48 hours of shipment receipt.
  2. Return the item within 5 business days post-approval and return label issuance.
  3. Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Return/Refund Exceptions

  1. No returns/exchanges for final-sale items, special orders, or items not in original packaging. Other exclusions may apply.
  2. Costs for customized or installed artwork will be deducted from the refund.
  3. Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt. Options for local repairs may be offered. Reporting after 48 hours may result in a store credit.
  4. Items damaged while in the customer’s possession are ineligible for refund/exchange.
  5. Returns for reasons like incorrect size or fit are not accepted. Contact us for pre-purchase assistance.

Shipping and Handling Liability

The Gallery assumes liability for loss/damage of returned items when using our provided prepaid return label. If you do not use our label and instructions, you assume liability until we receive the package. When returning items, please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Creations Gallery unless predetermined in writing before the return process begins.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

  1. Contact the Gallery within 3 days of order receipt.
  2. Exchange items of equal or greater value.
  3. Return the work in its original condition and packaging at your expense.

Deposits

A 3-month equal payment layaway plan, less the initial deposit, is automatically processed after 10 business days. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase within 15 business days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Art On Approval

Artworks not confirmed by the customer within 3 days will be considered sold. The purchase will be processed and charged to the provided credit card.
