within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
Refunds cover the price of the artwork. Custom framing, commissions, shipping, handling, service charges and restocking charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your cost unless agreed in writing beforehand. The full policy also covers exchanges, deposits and Art On Approval.
